PitchWire is in open beta — Starter is free for one seller.
For sales teams

See the whole deal,
not one deck at a time.

Send every deck in a deal as a live link — always current, tracked slide by slide. PitchWire rolls the whole buying committee up under one deal, so you know which slides landed, who forwarded them, and the moment anyone comes back.

No credit card · Import the deck you already send · First live link in under 10 minutes

Attachments go stale the second you hit send.

PDFs get forwarded and you never know.

You're guessing which deals are actually alive.

PitchWire fixes all three.

Deals

Reps think in deals, not decks.

One deck sent to three people on a buying committee used to look like three unrelated deals. Two decks sent to one prospect looked like two. Neither is how you actually work.

Now every deck and every recipient sits under the deal it belongs to, and engagement rolls up across all of them — so “is Acme alive?” is one glance, not four tabs and a guess.

  • Every deck in one place. The proposal, the security overview, the pricing follow-up — one deal, one view.
  • The committee, not just your champion. Every recipient under the deal, including the ones your champion forwarded to.
  • One heat reading per deal. Rolled up across every deck and every link, so the number means something.

One deal, two decks, four people — and one place to read all of it.

How it works

Three steps from a deck on your desktop to signal in your inbox.

01

Build or import

Start from scratch or drop in the deck you already send.

Drop a file acme-q3-v3-final.pptx
02

Share one live link

Send a single URL. Edit after you send — it's always current.

03

Track & follow up

See who viewed what, and get pinged in Slack or email when they come back.

Slide-level tracking

See where attention actually went.

Not "they opened it". Time on every slide, which ones they came back to, how far they got, and who else in the building read it after them.

Signal-based follow-up

Reach out on the day they re-open it.

A second visit is the highest-intent moment in the whole cycle, and it almost never happens while you're watching. PitchWire tells you the moment it does — and when a new name lands on the link.

Integrations

Signal where your team already works.

PitchWire watches the deck so you don’t have to — it reports in the tools you already have open, and writes what it saw onto the records your pipeline actually runs on.

HubSpot Beta

Connect the portal once. Every view, revisit and forward lands on the contact and the deal — as a timeline entry you can read, and as deal properties you can filter, sort and report on. A PitchWire card sits on the record too, so a rep can check the heat and send a fresh link without leaving HubSpot.

Salesforce Beta

The same signal on the same records. Engagement posts as an activity on the contact and against the opportunity, the three PitchWire fields land on the record, and the card renders on the Opportunity and Contact page layout. Connect with your org's own login — sandbox included.

Deal alerts in the channel — or your DMs. "Dana re-opened Acme Q3, 3rd visit, 2 minutes on pricing" lands the moment it happens, per-deck, with sane defaults so it never turns into noise.

The difference

This isn't a PDF tracker.

A tracked attachment tells you a file was opened. A live link is the deck itself — you own it after you send it.

Your decks and your buyers' data, handled carefully.

Encrypted in transit and at rest, per-link access controls, and expiry or revocation on any link you've sent. Read the security overview.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit
  • AES-256 at rest
  • GDPR — DPA available
  • SOC 2 — not yet

Before you sign up.

Can I use the decks I already have?

Yes. Import a PDF, PPTX or Keynote file and PitchWire turns it into a live link with tracking on every slide. You can keep editing in your original tool and re-import, or edit inside PitchWire from then on.

How is this different from just sending a PDF?

A PDF is a file — once you send it, it's frozen, you can't see what happened to it, and every edit means re-sending. A PitchWire link is the deck itself: edit in place after you've sent it, see time on every slide and every forward, and revoke access any time.

Is my prospect data secure?

Everything's encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with per-link access controls and revocation on any link you've sent. A DPA is available on request. We have not started a SOC 2 audit, and the security page says so rather than implying otherwise.

Does it integrate with my CRM?

HubSpot and Salesforce are both in beta today — every view, revisit and forward logs to the contact and the deal automatically, and a PitchWire card sits on the record so a rep can check the heat and send a fresh link without leaving the CRM. Neither is listed on its vendor marketplace yet, so you connect them from your PitchWire account. Slack and email alerts work on every plan, and you can export any deck’s engagement history.

What do prospects see — do they need an account?

They see a clean, on-brand, slide-by-slide viewer on any device — your logo, your colours, their name at the top. No account, no download, no plugin.

Can I create decks with AI?

Yes — PitchWire connects to Claude and ChatGPT. Ask the model for a deck and it comes back as a live PitchWire link on your brand, tracked like any other deck. You approve the connection once from your PitchWire account.

Can I get a demo?

PitchWire demos itself. Open the sample deck to see exactly what your buyer sees, then import one of your own — the first live link takes about ten minutes and the free plan needs no card. Questions about security, procurement or an enterprise plan? Talk to us and we'll reply by email.
