Send one link.
See what sold them.
PitchWire turns the deck you already send into one live link. Edit it after you hit send. See which slides landed, who it was forwarded to, and the moment anyone on the buying committee comes back.
No credit card · Bring the deck you already have · Live in under ten minutes
Attachments go stale the second you hit send.
PDFs get forwarded. You never hear about it.
You're guessing which deals are actually alive.
Get every decision maker to yes.
Nobody signs alone. Your champion is sold. The economic buyer wants the numbers. Security is the blocker until they see the appendix. Send each of them the deck built for their role, and keep the whole buying committee under one deal.
PitchWire rolls the engagement up across every deck and every person, so you can see who has bought in, who has gone quiet, and which blocker to work next. That is how a deck moves a deal instead of sitting in an inbox.
- A deck for every seat at the table. The proposal for your champion, the pricing follow-up for the economic buyer, the security overview for the blocker.
- Buy-in you can see. The whole buying committee under the deal, including the people your champion forwarded to, each with their own read on the record.
- One heat reading per deal. Rolled up across every deck and every link, so you know who to nudge next.
One deal, two decks, four people. One place to see who has bought in.
From a file on your desktop to a ping in your inbox. Three steps.

See who read what. Get pinged in Slack or email when they come back.
One URL that's never out of date.
Fix a number. Swap a slide. Add a case study. The link your buyer already has updates itself. No re-send, no "please ignore the last one", no v3_final_FINAL.pdf.

Not "they opened it". Time on every slide, which ones they came back to, how far they got, and who else in the building read it after them.

A second visit is the highest-intent moment in the whole cycle. It almost never happens while you're watching. PitchWire tells you the moment it does, and the moment a new name lands on the link.
Email security scanners open every link in an inbox, so an open alone never pings you. Someone has to turn a slide, stay on one, or play the demo, and a cloud server that never turns a slide stays quiet. No filter is perfect. This one is built so a ping is worth answering.
Signal where your team already works.
PitchWire watches the deck so you don’t have to. It reports in the tools you already have open, and writes what it saw onto the records your pipeline runs on.
Connect the portal once. Every view, revisit and forward lands on the contact and the deal: a timeline entry you can read, and deal properties you can filter, sort and report on. A PitchWire card sits on the record, so a rep can check the heat and send a fresh link without leaving HubSpot.

Same signal, same records. Engagement posts as an activity on the contact and the opportunity, five PitchWire fields land on the opportunity, and a card shows each deck's heat on the record. Connect with your org's own login.

Deal alerts in the channel, or in your DMs. "Dana re-opened Acme Q3, 3rd visit, 2 minutes on pricing" lands the moment it happens. Per deck, with sane defaults, so it never turns into noise.

Import a deck, send the link, watch the first open land. About ten minutes.
This isn't a PDF tracker.
A tracked attachment tells you a file was opened. A live link is the deck itself. You still own it after you send it.
| After you hit send | Emailed attachment | PitchWire link |
|---|---|---|
| Fix a typo or a number | Re-send the whole deck | Edits in place |
| Tell a reader from a link scanner | No. A scanner's open looks like a read | Alerts need real reading |
| Know which slides they read | None | Per slide, per viewer |
| Know it was forwarded | None | New viewer alert |

Your decks and your buyers' data, handled carefully.

- AES-256 at rest

Before you sign up.
Can I use the decks I already have?
Yes. Import a PDF, PPTX or Keynote file and it comes back as a live link with tracking on every slide. Keep editing in your original tool and re-import, or edit inside PitchWire from then on.
How is this different from just sending a PDF?
A PDF is a file. Once you send it, it's frozen, you can't see what happened to it, and every edit means re-sending. A PitchWire link is the deck itself. Edit it in place after you've sent it, see time on every slide and every forward, and revoke it any time.
Will email scanners and bots set off false alerts?
That's the problem PitchWire is built around. Corporate email security opens every link it delivers, often before your buyer does, so most trackers tell you a deck was opened when nobody read it. PitchWire alerts only when a visit shows someone reading: turning a slide, staying on one, or playing the demo. An open with nothing after it stays quiet, and so does a visit from a cloud server that never turns a slide. No filter catches every bot, but a ping from PitchWire means someone did what a scanner doesn't.
Is my prospect data secure?
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with per-link access controls and revocation on anything you've sent. A DPA is available on request.
Does it integrate with my CRM?
HubSpot and Salesforce, both in beta. Every view, revisit and forward logs to the contact and the deal, and a PitchWire card sits on the record so a rep can check the heat and send a fresh link without leaving the CRM. Neither is on its vendor marketplace yet, so you connect from your PitchWire account. Slack and email alerts work on every plan, and you can export any deck’s engagement history.
What do prospects see — do they need an account?
A clean, on-brand, slide-by-slide viewer on any device. Your logo, your colours, their name at the top. No account, no download, no plugin.
Can I create decks with AI?
Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, ask for a deck, and it comes back as a live PitchWire link on your brand, tracked like any other. You approve the connection once from your account.
Can I get a demo?
It demos itself. Open the sample pitch to see what your buyer sees, then import one of your own. The first live link takes about ten minutes and the free plan needs no card. Questions about security, procurement or an enterprise plan? Talk to us and we'll reply by email.
Wondering what it costs? Free for one seller, $15.99 per seat for teams. See pricing.
